The Organizing Committee has secured a wide range of accommodation in close proximity to the congress venue (Lotte Hotel World) with special consideration on security, accessibility, and price. Different types of various grades are available to accommodate different budgets, and all hotels will offer special congress room rates for WSPC 2008 participants. To take advantage of special discounts, hotel reservations must be made via our Congress website (www.pain-wspc2008.org) together with congress registration. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis, and participants are kindly advised to make hotel reservations before April 30, 2008.

How to Reserve (Deposit & Cancellation)

To secure room reservation, all reservations must be guaranteed by deposit of one night payment or credit card information must be given. Modification and cancellation will be available on the website until April 30, 2008. Starting from May 1, 2008, all requests for changes must be made in writing and forwarded to the WSPC2008 Secretariat via e-mail. Cancellation fee will be charged as below.
